He played an instrumental role in transforming ICVRDO from a small NGO to its present status of a competent, implementing organisation, capable of designing and delivering complex development interventions in both the rural and urban areas.

Treasurer, Governing Body Mrs. Mithu Das is one of ICVRDO’s most seasoned members, actively contributing to programmers, management, and policy development. With a remarkable career spanning over 10 years in social service, she has made significant contributions to the organization.

From very beginnings, Mr. Dalim Das became an integral part of ICVRDO’s skill development programmes. He additionally leads the training programs. Associated with ICVRDO for the last 10 years, his experience, vision and strategy in enhancing collaboration and converging resources within the government and administration has been a catalyst for the organization to move forward.
PALLAVI ROY

Pallavi Roy worke in a school teacher . She firmly believes in the words of Srila Prabhupada, “If we believe that Krishna is providing and maintaining everyone, then why should we be misers? This means losing faith and thinking that we are the doers and suppliers. We are confident Krishna will supply! Let the whole world come, we can feed them.” She also serves as a Vice President of ICVRDO.
